Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that attracts top talent and supports business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective talent acquisition and a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and staffing agencies to support recruitment efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategy and improve results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications in HR (SHRM) or other relevant certifications.
  • 5+ years of experience in traditional talent acquisition roles or capacity, plus 5+ years of management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with ATS systems.
  • Experience with Paylocity, preferred.
  • Social Media talent acquisition experience, helpful for enhanced recruitment efforts.
  • Strong customer service skills to interact with employees company-wide, at all levels, and with all applicants.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks on an ongoing basis.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Excellent organizational, resourceful, problem-solving, and time management skills to meet required deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as well as support a team.
  • Proactive; eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Business Professional with excellent business judgment.
  • Ability to lift 10-15 pounds on occasion.
  • Occasional travel for annual conference, training, and other events may be required.
Salary Range
  • $90k - $100k
