Position Overview
We are currently seeking a talented Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to follow recipes accurately and demonstrate proficiency in kitchen operations. A successful cook should be agile in the kitchen and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with diverse ingredients and cooking methods is essential.

Work Schedule
This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a requirement for weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize workstations with necessary ingredients and cooking tools.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and cutting meats.
• Cook and portion food items for various meal services or special occasions.
• Adhere to basic recipes and production guidelines.
• Present dishes attractively before serving.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
• Store food and supplies appropriately.
• Comply with all company HACCP and safety protocols.

• Demonstrated experience as a cook.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of sanitation practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to walk continuously and perform various physical tasks.
• Capability to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, and frequently lift/move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
