McDuffie County Agriculture and Natural Resources Extension Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of McDuffie County Agriculture and Natural Resources Extension Agent. This role will involve providing expert advice and guidance to farmers, ranchers, and other stakeholders in the county on best practices for sustainable agriculture and natural resource management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs and materials for farmers and ranchers on topics such as soil conservation, water management, and integrated pest management.
- Conduct research and provide technical assistance to farmers and ranchers on topics such as crop and animal production, and natural resource management.
- Collaborate with other extension agents, researchers, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions to agricultural and natural resource challenges in the county.
- Provide leadership and support to local agricultural organizations and communities to promote sustainable agriculture and natural resource management practices.
