Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as a Primary Care Physician at LifeLong Medical Care's Over-Sixty Health Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality outpatient primary care to our aging population, working closely with RNs, social workers, psychiatrists, podiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide preventive, urgent care, and primary care health services to patients
- Perform clinical assessments, order diagnostic evaluations, and plan care programs
- Provide verbal and written education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
- Maintain patient records for clinic reporting, billing, and quality improvement
- Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Current California MD, DO, NP, or PA license
- Training and experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, and/or family practice with board eligibility or certification
- Interest in working with a diverse patient population and commitment to a community health philosophy of prevention and primary care
- Experience with electronic health records
LifeLong Medical Care offers a competitive salary range of $197,000.00-$218,000.00 for MD/DO and $123,000-$144,000 for NP/PA, depending on years since finishing residency. We also offer a sign-on bonus, excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 403(b) retirement savings plan, and loan repayment programs. LifeLong qualifies for federal and state loan repayment programs (HPSA score is 21).
