About the Role:

Job Title: Procurement Shipping Coordinator

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and management of shipping and logistics documentation for hardware deliveries.
  • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers to guarantee timely and precise shipment of materials.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to monitor and confirm shipment details, address any issues, and keep all parties updated on shipment status.
  • Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and adhere to company and industry regulations.
  • Track shipment schedules and inform relevant parties of any modifications or delays.
  • Work with internal teams to facilitate seamless transitions and effective communication throughout the shipping process.
  • Provide support for additional procurement and logistics-related tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics processes is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

Location: Redmond, WA

Salary Range: The compensation for this position is between $60,000 – $65,000 annually. Factors that may influence pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
