Job Details
This role involves managing multiple streams to transform strategy and program delivery within Shared Services and enable business transformation. The individual will manage deliverable execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business opportunities and operationalize design frameworks & methods for program delivery. Key responsibilities include offering expertise as a service, leading portfolio and program epic delivery strategies, understanding client needs, market trends, and business strategy to design great user experiences.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include collaborating with colleagues in CCE, product, marketing, and technology to lead the customer experience that will drive positive outcomes, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration with various teams to deliver change and increase alignment, and creating self-serve tools and resources for teams. The individual will also work closely with colleagues in CCE, product, marketing, and technology to lead the customer experience that will drive positive outcomes.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have mastery of MS Office, strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills, research experience, and analytical skills. They should also be creative and strategic thinkers who can build and integrate new processes, enjoy working with large groups, and host workshops. Additionally, they should have experience in Human-Centered Design, Service Design, User Experience Research, or User Experience strategy.
