Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)

**Overview**

This minimally invasive procedure effectively removes fat and tightens skin, sculpting targeted areas of the body for quick recovery with minimal bruising and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
  • Execute nursing tasks with clinical proficiency, including but not limited to: accurate medication administration, proper sterile field setup, and thorough equipment disinfection and sterilization.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly, in line with company protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators, regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules, while anticipating needs.
  • Document clinical and surgical notes with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
  • Consistently adhere to policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Enhance patient retention by delivering exceptional quality care and patient experiences.
  • Assist in all facets of clinical and surgical operations.
  • Maintain professionalism and adaptability while interacting with diverse personalities.
  • Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse license (RN, LVN, or LPN) with a minimum of two years of nursing experience.
  • Current ACLS certification is mandatory for all nursing professionals (RNs, LPNs, LVNs, RPNs).
  • IV certification is required for all LVNs/LPNs in the U.S. and RPNs in Canada.
  • Experience in a plastic surgery setting is highly advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as necessary.
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as required.
  • High energy with a strong emphasis on patient care and experience.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Compensation Range:
This is a nonexempt position with an average compensation range of $45-$60/hr, depending on experience and skill set.

Full compensation packages are determined based on the candidate's experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
