Job Overview:

The Avanquest Strategic Sales & Marketing division develops innovative and exciting offers, promotions, and bundles for a wide variety of clients across technology and beyond. We work with the PlanetArt brands, plus licensed offers from leading consumer electronics and consumer product brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain production schedule/calendar file
  • Organize and keep department drives up to date
  • Quality assure work-product deliverables and websites
  • Create product sell sheets and flyers with approved content and a high degree of quality
  • Keep product catalogs and account files accurate and up to date
  • Distribute files to internal stakeholders
  • Additional special projects and responsibilities will be assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years work-related experience
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Trello, SharePoint and MS Office Suite
  • Interest in consumer products
  • Enjoy working as a team and in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Administrative and Project organization experience
  • College Degree

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels.
  • Position requires regular, continuous use of a computer.
  • Position requires regular sitting and standing.
  • Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: in-person, phone, WebEx, Slack, or email.
  • May require occasional travel.
