Job Title: Keyholder Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Keyholder Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Movado Group. As a Keyholder, you will play a critical role in driving sales, opening and closing the store, and assisting staff in reaching and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and achieve personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager
  • Provide exceptional customer service and develop a complete knowledge of the merchandise
  • Capture all CRM data in accordance with Company guidelines
  • Establish rapport with actual or potential customers and merchandise product in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment and monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness of the product, accurate ticketing, and proper display
  • Assist in the maintenance of merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager and follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies
  • Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous management experience strongly preferred and open availability and flexibility to work according to needs of the business
