Overview

Fusion Inc. is seeking skilled Talent Acquisition Specialists to enhance our Sales teams. In this role, you will focus on establishing connections and advocating for our healthcare professionals.

You will serve as the main liaison between Fusion and the healthcare professionals you represent, evaluating resumes, submitting candidates for available positions, and identifying top talent to meet client needs.

Work Environment

This position is local and requires the use of standard office equipment.


Physical Demands

The physical requirements for this role include regular communication and interaction with colleagues, frequent use of a computer and office equipment, and occasional movement within the office to access resources.


Position Type/Expected Hours

This is a full-time role, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, typically between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., with some flexibility.


Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma/GED or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or recruiting

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Experience in the medical staffing industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Compensation

Salary range: $45,000 - $105,000, including base salary, commission, and profit-sharing.
