Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients upon arrival for their appointments.
  • Coordinate appointments by assessing providers' directives, including scans, consultations, tests, and procedures with our facility or other healthcare institutions.
  • Warmly welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Manage incoming calls promptly, ensuring detailed messages are conveyed, among other tasks.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in customer service, patient scheduling, reception, administrative roles, electronic medical records, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Willingness to work at various locations as necessary and attend meetings.
