We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at St. Luke's University Health Network. As a Clinical Audiologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations, interpreting test results, and providing recommendations for further testing or rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct hearing evaluations, including pure tone air and bone conduction audiometry, speech reception threshold, and speech discrimination.
- Interpret test results and communicate findings to patients, family members, or physicians.
- Recommend further testing, medical follow-up, or rehabilitation based on test results.
- Counsel patients on rehabilitation options and provide hearing aid services, including comparative evaluation, probe tube assessment, and hearing aid delivery and orientation.
- Referrals to other services within SLH or outside agencies as needed.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited institution.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association desired.
- Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey license in Audiology.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
