Survey Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Crew Chief to lead our team in Greensburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading a crew and possess a strong working knowledge of RTK-GPS and total stations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of surveyors and technicians in the field
  • Oversee the planning and execution of survey projects
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of surveys
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

  • At least 310 years of experience leading a crew
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • SIT or PLS (Professional Land Surveyor) License preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Working knowledge of TDS and Trimble data transfer programs and AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus
