We are looking for a skilled Land Surveying Team Leader to oversee surveying operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for guiding a survey crew and ensuring the successful execution of various surveying projects.
Qualifications:
We seek a candidate with a solid understanding of RTK-GPS technology and total station equipment. The ideal applicant will have a proven track record in conducting ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Stakeout, As-Built Surveys, Utility Line Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Property and Boundary Surveys.
Essential Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in a leadership role within a surveying crew
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- SIT or PLS (Professional Land Surveyor) License is advantageous
- Must demonstrate motivation and teamwork, with a readiness to travel and work overtime
- Familiarity with TDS and Trimble data transfer software, as well as AutoCAD Civil 3D, is beneficial but not mandatory.
