We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Carle Foundation Hospital. As a Weekend RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our Digestive Health department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, rotating through the phases of endoscopy procedures, including prep, intra-procedure, and recovery phases.
- Deliver moderate sedation under the direction of a physician.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and unit staff to provide care to inpatient and outpatient populations.
- Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) License in Illinois.
- Two (2) years of nursing experience.
- PALS, ACLS, and moderate sedation class completion during orientation period.
