About the Role

We are looking for an experienced software developer to design and implement software features and tools that support our clinical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Software Features: Develop and maintain software solutions to support clinical operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective results.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design Teams: Contribute to product roadmaps and collaborate with product and design teams to define product requirements and develop technical documentation.
  • Develop and Maintain Technical Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation to support software development and maintenance efforts.
  • Participate in Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing by reviewing and providing feedback on code quality and best practices.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on clinical applications.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python, with experience in designing and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Methodologies and Best Practices: Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including agile development, version control, and continuous integration.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
