About the Role:
This position involves coordinating parts orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of merchandise to meet the needs of our customers and company. As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to drive a positive experience and resolve issues efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
* Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand
* Collaborate with vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders or inventory
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience with ERP/MRP programs preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to recognize basic mechanical parts and understand vehicle body-related industry knowledge
* Knowledgeable in proper cash handling procedures and able to maintain accurate records
* Proficient in database management and record-keeping software

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
