Job Summary

As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
  • Follow established health, sanitary, and infection control policies
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory experience
Work Schedule

Full-time opportunity available with shifts needed on Monday-Thursday, 9pm-7am. Wage: $39.00-$42.00 per hour with shift differential. Sign On Bonus: $5,000 (1/2 paid at 6 months of employment, balance at 1 year of employment).
