Job Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Allen, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and assessing patients, developing patient-specific care plans, and delivering high-quality skilled care. About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
* Evaluate and assess patients to determine their appropriateness for care
* Utilize available tools and resources to develop patient-specific care plans with the appropriate level and frequency of care
* Communicate with the care team, physician, payors, patients, and family to address care needs and fulfill patient care plan goals
* Deliver high-quality skilled care and supervise the care of other care team members
* Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system
* Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current Occupational Therapist License
* Valid state driver's license and auto liability insurance
* One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care, rehabilitation, or home health setting preferred
