About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Presbyterian Homes & Services. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care and services to our residents, supporting their Personally Designed Living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Support residents with their medication management and administration
  • Engage with residents to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
