Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Blending Technician to join our production team at Malt Products Corporation. As a Blending Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established procedures to blend ingredients and operate blending and filling equipment.
  • Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation levels in your area, adhering to company standards.
  • Perform a variety of tasks involving the cleaning of equipment and tanks.
  • Work in a team environment in a manufacturing facility, adhering to a 24/5 schedule.
  • Take personal ownership to create a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Learn and follow all procedures and programs necessary for producing food products.
  • Maintain the safe, clean, and effective operation of the plant and machinery.
  • Operate in a hands-on manner and be capable of learning how to operate the plant's automated controls.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Eligible for shift premium after successful completion of 90-day probationary period.
