- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and meet their clinical outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Perform wellness services, such as immunizations and flu shots, to promote patient health and well-being.
- Drive financial profitability and identify opportunities to grow the pharmacy business.
- Motivate and develop pharmacy staff to ensure they meet their potential and deliver exceptional service.
- Create an engaging team environment that promotes compassion and models our core values and culture.
- Proactively promote opportunities and recruit top talent for the pharmacy team.
- Review key performance indicators with pharmacy staff and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct workforce planning and business planning to ensure operational excellence at the site.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of Indiana.
- Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
- 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
