We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as a Surgical Assistant Supervisor at American Dental Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of surgical assistants, assisting in surgical procedures, managing schedules and supplies, overseeing infection control protocols, and providing post-procedure care instructions to patients. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an oral surgery assistant, strong knowledge of dental terminology and oral surgery procedures, radiology certification (X-ray), leadership and team collaboration skills, and CPR certification. This position offers a competitive salary range of $21 - $26 per hour, plus a monthly bonus program, and flexibility in scheduling with full-time or part-time hours available in Berks and Lancaster County.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of oral surgery assisting experience
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology and oral surgery procedures
  • Radiology certification (X-ray)
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills
  • CPR Certification
