RightStone is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Logistics Warehouse Operator. This role involves managing the flow of materials and processing orders efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for manually lifting and organizing various items, with weights ranging from 24lbs to over 100lbs. This position requires physical stamina, including standing, bending, and maneuvering in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Engage in frequent kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending throughout the work shift.
  • Safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks while navigating uneven surfaces.
  • Adhere to safety standards by wearing appropriate protective footwear.

Work Schedule

The standard work hours are from 8 AM to 6 PM, five days a week, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

Key Duties:

As a Logistics Warehouse Operator, you will:

  • Process orders and manage the movement of various materials, including files and equipment.
  • Perform manual lifting and carrying of items regularly, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Utilize a proprietary system to track orders and locate materials.
  • Operate handheld scanners for inventory management.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and pallets, ensuring proper handling.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Experience with material handling equipment is preferred.
