  • Dispense prescribed medications and provide patients with proper usage and side effect information.
  • Conduct patient counseling to ensure patients understand their medication regimens.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure medications are accurate and effective.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Meet the physical and mental demands of the job, including normal color vision.

Requirements

  • Must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Must have and maintain a valid pharmacist license and be in good standing.
  • New graduates must obtain a license issued by a board of pharmacy to practice medicine within 12 months of commissioning.
  • Must be between the ages of 18 and 42.
