Job Title: Medical Record Reviewer

About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Record Reviewer to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a Medical Record Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records to ensure their accuracy and completeness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and data analysis. They will also have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review medical records to ensure their accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and implement review processes to improve data quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions

Requirements

  • Licensed Vocational/Professional Nurse (LVN/LPN) or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a managed care setting
  • Experience with data analysis and quality chart reviews
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
