Pest Control Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Service Technician to join our team at American Pest Solutions. As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their homes and businesses are protected from pests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert pest control services to customers, including inspections, treatments, and follow-up visits.
  • Interact with customers on a daily basis, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in regular training and education sessions.

Requirements:

  • Pass the tests required to obtain state-issued pest control credentials.
  • Ability to interact with customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Must be outgoing and want to help our clients.
  • Must possess an interest in starting an exciting new career in pest control.

  • Competitive hourly wage: $19 to $22 per hour (commensurate with experience).
  • Plus sales commissions from leads and cross-sales and a year-end discretionary bonus.
