About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Branch Digital Experience (BDX) team at Fidelity TalentSource LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining digital solutions that enable our associates and clients to collaborate on critical service transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our agile SCRUM team to develop and maintain solutions across the Angular-Node-API-AWS tech stack.
  • Develop and implement high-quality code, ensuring it meets our standards for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions.
  • Identify and resolve issues within our production and non-production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
  • Effectively communicate and partner with other engineers and stakeholders across BDX and the wider company to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Document and share technical solutions and diagrams to facilitate knowledge transfer and improve team efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with complex, distributed deployments.
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Angular, NodeJS, and Java microservices.
  • Good understanding of cloud-computing and software development on AWS.
  • Practical experience with containerization and Kubernetes.
  • Comfortable working in a mature development environment that leverages standard CI/CD tools and pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with logging and monitoring tools – Splunk and Datadog.
  • Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical teammates.
  • A positive attitude and strong work-ethic.
