About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our Digital Platforms Technology Team in Westlake, Texas. As a key member of our Scrum team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
  • Apply Agile software development methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and creative solutions to complex business problems
  • Develop and maintain server-side/mid-tier applications using Java EE, Spring MVC/Spring Boot, and related technologies
  • Work with client-side languages, libraries, and frameworks such as Angular 8+, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, and RxJS
  • Ensure adherence to standard methodologies regarding object-oriented design, coding standards, RESTful service consumption and integration, common design patterns, secure application development, and test coverage
  • Implement DevOps concepts governing SCM, continuous integration, monitoring, and deployment processes
  • Develop and maintain Docker containerization and AWS cloud deployment and application management via the AWS console
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering
  • Proven understanding of Agile software development methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to tackle complex problems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies
