Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Marshfield Medical Center. As an IR Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our radiology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist radiologists and other medical staff in performing interventional procedures, such as angioplasty and embolization.
  • Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and angiography machines, to capture high-quality images.
  • Prepare and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist or related field.
  • Current certifications in ACLS, ARRT, and BLS.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
Work Schedule
  • 5x8 or 4x10 hour shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays.
  • Call required, with every 3rd weekend rotation.
  • Shift times: 08:30-17:30, 07:00-15:30, or 07:00-17:30.
