Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Marshfield Medical Center. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of interventional radiology procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the performance of interventional radiology procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, and embolization.
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines, to obtain high-quality images.
  • Monitor patients during procedures, responding to any changes in their condition.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.
Requirements
  • ARRT certification in radiography or interventional radiology.
  • BLS certification.
  • WI license to practice as a radiologic technologist.
  • 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or a related field.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week, with every 3rd weekend rotation.
  • Call required: 1 in every 3 weekdays.
Additional Requirements
  • Current driver's license or government-issued photo ID.
  • AHA certification for BLS.
  • Tech Cert Verification within 30 days of start.
  • State License 1 Verification within 30 days of start.
  • NURSYS Verification within 30 days prior to start date.
