SELECTEMP Employment Services is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and transfer incoming calls as needed
- Assist walk-in traffic and provide support to clients
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
- Route requests and questions to the correct staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
- Filing and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- Prior clerical experience and basic knowledge of QuickBooks
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
Job Details:
- Part-time position, Monday to Friday, 8am-1:30pm or 2pm
- Temp-hire with potential to move to full-time by next Spring
- $16.00 per hour
