About the Position:

This Compliance Manager - Workplace Safety role requires a highly skilled professional to develop, implement, and oversee safety procedures and programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a culture of safety and reducing workplace incidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve safety protocols, guidelines, and procedures that align with industry standards and government regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, hazard assessments, and root-cause analyses to identify potential risks and ensure that corrective action is taken.
  • Lead investigations into accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents, compiling reports, determining causes, and working with leadership to implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or related field is required, along with OSHA-30 certification. Experience with Lockout/Tagout, ergonomic lifting, and PIV Training is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, MRA - The Management Association offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
