Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Admitted to the New Mexico State Bar.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
  • Proven experience with real property, HOAs, property management, real estate, landlord-tenant issues, landlords, multifamily transactions, easements, and/or boundary disputes.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to interpret and make decisions in accordance with laws and regulations.
