Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist PRN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing radiological diagnostic procedures, preparing patients for imaging exams, and operating diagnostic equipment. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical imaging department.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for radiological procedures by positioning them, adjusting immobilization devices, and operating equipment to set exposure factors.
  • Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by practicing radiation safety protocols.
  • Operate diagnostic equipment, process images, and prepare rooms for procedures.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience by maintaining accurate records, scheduling patients, and overseeing patient transportation.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • RT Certification from ARRT is required.
