About the Role

The Print Specialist Floater is a key member of our team, responsible for supporting all aspects of the printing process at our customer sites. This includes preparing and producing high-quality printed materials, maintaining and operating printing equipment, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-volume production equipment to create printed materials, such as booklets, manuals, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct mail runs, including pick-up and delivery, and troubleshoot print and copy equipment as needed.
  • Provide administrative services, including front desk support, answering phones, and managing email.
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet printing needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Float to different customer sites as needed, while also reporting to our Main Office in Indianapolis.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years' work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Prior experience working in an administrative capacity is highly desired.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Indiana state driver's license.
  • A clean motor vehicle report (MVR) is required.
