We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Records Technician to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. As a Part-time Records Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and retrieving company records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our document management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digitize, maintain, and retrieve company records as required
  • Verify and document records stored by following established cataloging systems
  • Maintain files and ensure their proper storage and disposal
  • Retrieve files from the Records Center for client use as requested, and deliver files to clients within established time frames
Requirements:
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of records, software systems, filing, storage, and disposal procedures
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially when using records tracking systems for quick retrieval, filing, and storage of files
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
