Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Experience in restoration is highly valued.
  • Background in cleaning or moving industries is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a world-class team.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • IICRC Training & Designations are advantageous (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration).
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Availability for on-call duty one week per month, as we operate 24/7.
  • A willingness to continuously learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a collaborative and team-oriented environment within the department and the company.
  • Work alongside the Mitigation Manager on estimates according to carrier guidelines for pack-outs, content cleaning, pack backs, and laundry restoration.
  • Assist the Mitigation Manager with job scheduling and coordination.
  • Supervise pack-outs/pack-ins, inventory evaluation, and classification of contents by cleaning type.
  • Process customer belongings, assist with inventory, and maintain documentation.
  • Restore homes and commercial properties post-damage.
  • Ensure proactive and clear communication with internal staff, customers, quality assurance, and insurance adjusters.
  • Meet clients and adjusters on-site to aid in issue resolution and provide professional insights.
  • Conduct re-inspections of job sites for quality control and safety compliance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding questions or concerns, resolving issues promptly.
  • Respect and protect customer belongings throughout the pack-out and pack-in processes.
  • Maintain organized and well-stocked company vehicles and equipment.
  • Manage projects and oversee existing crews.
