Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intermediate Care Department. As a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate safe, efficient, and therapeutically effective nursing care for patients assigned to the unit/department
  • Participate in strategic planning, service delivery, program development, evaluation, and implementation, budget and resource management, cost control, contract compliance, and quality improvement
  • Support patient safety initiatives and quality improvement activities
  • May work as a registered professional in the capacity of Charge RN, providing care for patients for an assigned time
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
  • Current licensure in Nevada as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum one (1) year recent progressive care nursing experience preferred
  • Proficiency in progressive care nursing procedures and skills, including cardiac dysrhythmia interpretation, and mechanical ventilation preferred
