About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Cognizant North America. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for driving our Agile framework, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To build and maintain a robust framework of Agile practices, processes, and artifacts that supports business value delivery
  • To support and coach Scrum teams through all agile ceremonies, events, and practices to enable them to deliver high-quality results
  • To define, maintain, and update the Scrum team's metrics and artifacts to ensure transparent communication to stakeholders and across teams

The ideal candidate should have experience working on agile scrum development teams in a dedicated role as Scrum Master and possess excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artifacts.
