Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and direct visitors to the appropriate area.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage patient schedules, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely arrival and departure.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle patient paperwork, maintain accurate records, and perform general administrative duties.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff, administrative team, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a medical or administrative setting.
