We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technician to join our team at Holy Cross Health. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.
Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of surgical equipment and supplies.
- Provide patient care and support during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of an approved technologist program or previous technologist experience.
- Current certification as a surgical technologist (CST) required.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
- At least 1 year of prior Operating Room experience; 2 or more years preferred.
