Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain assigned services and systems
  • Work with the team to monitor, analyze, and plan upgrades
  • Resolve production issues while maintaining our Customer Service Level Agreements
  • Execute project tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to and enhance quality assurance standards, systems development, and delivery methodologies

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in core discipline
  • Preferably with a Bachelor's degree
