Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
- Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, acknowledging their needs and identifying opportunities to improve their experience.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively with colleagues, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure quality and date control standards, and eliminate waste.
- Adaptability: Be comfortable with change and quickly adapt to different work scenarios, leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
- Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and members.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
