We are a 230+ bed acute-care hospital serving the Middle-Georgia community for more than 60 years. Our hospital offers key services, including an ER where more than 45,000 emergencies are treated each year, Heart, Orthopedic, Surgery, Rehabilitation, Sleep and Birthing Centers and an extensive Mental Health program for seniors and those suffering with memory loss.

Job Summary

The PRN Inventory Technician is responsible for assisting with the management of medical supplies, ensuring that they are always available when needed. This includes supporting receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, records management, warehousing, and storage of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing the inventory of medical supplies
  • Support receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, records management, warehousing, and storage of products
  • Assist with ordering supplies and equipment as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school graduate or equivalent
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Experience in supply chain or surgical services preferred
