  • Coordinate traffic flow in valet lanes and hospital porte-cochere to ensure a smooth and efficient parking experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parking area, including the front driveway and surrounding areas.
  • Greet all guests and provide directions to their destination, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Inform guests of hospital valet and self-park options, relevant services, hours of operation, and after-hours key retrieval.
  • Assist employees and transport vans, ensuring timely and efficient drop-off and pick-up of vehicles.
  • Organize and distribute keys to the valet team, ensuring accurate and efficient key management.
  • Authorize valet breaks and communicate shift change needs to ensure seamless service.
  • Predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues to ensure proactive management.
  • Identify and arrange for extra support during extended wait times, ensuring exceptional guest service.
  • Accurately tally and split the tip pool, ensuring fair and transparent compensation.
  • Receive and receipt a variety of valet payments, including cash, checks, and HPS coupons.
  • Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash, checks, HPS coupons, hospital vouchers, and management-approved complimentary parking.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a MVR criteria meeting company guidelines.
  • Ability to operate a standard and automatic transmission.
