We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Premier Estates of Pierce. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supervising the daily activities of licensed nurses and nursing assistants.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise the day-to-day functions of licensed nurses and nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long-term care facilities.
- Ensure that all assigned nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.
- Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
- Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required.
- Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure that the resident's total regimen of care is maintained.
$64,500 - $78,000 per year (dependent on experience)
