The Open Sky Community Services Adult Learning Center is a Day Habilitation program that serves 45 adults between the ages of 23-85 with a diagnosis of intellectual disabilities and some physical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical support and services to participants, ensuring their health and well-being are met.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including Practical Nurses and Licensed Nurses, to develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and community integration.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, promoting a positive and respectful environment for all staff and participants.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and care.
