Business Growth Specialist

This role is an excellent opportunity to grow your career as a Business Development Representative at IMH GROUP INC. Our dynamic sales team is looking for a proactive individual who can help drive new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote IMH and generate leads.
- Manage sales activities, track leads, and maintain accurate records in our system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years' proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the warehouse solutions or material handling industry.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and storage solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
