Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing audit engagements, including risk assessment and control testing.
  • Develop and implement audit programs to ensure compliance with internal audit policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational risks.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and audit committees.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure our audit practices remain current and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in internal auditing, public accounting, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and internal audit standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation.
  • Experience with financial crime knowledge, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing concepts.
  • Strong understanding of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards and internal controls.
